Refund Policy
Keep it cool, keep it fun. Here is exactly what happens when you book, so there are no surprises on the day.
A 50% deposit books your session
When you book, you pay 50% of the package price. That deposit is non-refundable, and it comes straight off your total — it is part of what you are paying, not an extra.
The rest is due on the day
Settle the remaining balance when you arrive, before your session starts.
Deposits are not refunded
Once a session is booked, the deposit is committed. We hold the room and the breakables for you, so we cannot return it if plans change.
Need to reschedule? Give us 24 hours
Life happens. Let us know at least 24 hours before your session and we will move it for a $20 rescheduling fee. Your deposit moves with you.
Inside 24 hours, we cannot move it
We have already set the room aside, so sessions cannot be rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. Please plan ahead and give us that heads-up.
